Creator Profiles & Content
If you need help with your creator profile, music, photos, videos, artwork, or other content uploaded to Wepoc, contact our support team.
Please include your Wepoc username and a short description of the issue so we can assist you faster.
AI & HI Features
Need help using Wepoc’s AI or Human Intelligence (HI) features?
If you experience an issue, receive an unexpected response, or have questions about how a feature works, contact us at support@wepocglobal.com.
Subscriptions & Billing
If you purchased a Wepoc subscription through the Apple App Store, your subscription and payment are managed through your Apple ID.
You can view, change, or cancel your subscription from your Apple account subscription settings.

Report a Problem
If something isn’t working correctly, please send us:
- Your Wepoc username or account email
- The device you’re using
- A brief description of the problem
- A screenshot, if available

Safety & Content Reports
If you encounter inappropriate content, harassment, impersonation, copyright concerns, or other behavior that may violate Wepoc’s policies, please report it to:

Delete Your Account
You may request deletion of your Wepoc account and associated personal information.
If account deletion is available within the Wepoc app, you can submit your request directly through your account settings.
